Located in Observatory Park, this house had an unused room located in an awkward space by the kitchen. The couple had goals of turning the room into a functional adult getaway to unwind at the end of the day.
Two walls came down and were replaced with one big glass wall with an internal floating fireplace. The industrial style room has a custom barn door, cascading pendant lights, and layers of natural material using wood, metal, and leather.
