Historic Denver Home Pop-Top Home Addition & Remodel
This home is the answer to the classic Denver problem – not enough space in a historic home.
DENVER, CO
This home is the answer to the classic Denver problem – not enough space in a historic home. Like so many Denver families, this Whittier home needed more space and an office area update. But they didn’t want to lose the aesthetic of the historic home. So the Factor team popped the top on the 1925 bungalow, creating a functional home with a beautiful aesthetic inside and out. The poptop included a master suite, larger bedrooms for the kids, and a kids’ bathroom. The remodel also included an updated kitchen and office space on the main floor.
