Factor Design Build LLC was founded by Josh Fiester and Kent Simpson as a full-service design build firm. We believe in providing the entire process for our clients, from initial design to the highest quality construction. This means that we manage every step of your project through a collaborative partnership with our design staff, architectural team, construction personnel, and trade partners, all working towards the same objective of a seamless client experience.

As a team, we have been involved in all phases of residential and commercial construction for more than 30 years in the Denver metro and Boulder areas. Through this experience, we have created an innovative design build approach that delivers a personalized experience for each of our client’s projects, big or small.

DENVER – Boulder natives Josh Fiester and Kent Simpson, with more than 30 years combined experience in residential and commercial construction, have partnered to launch Factor Design Build in Denver.

Factor Design Build recently opened an office at 3246 Larimer St.

Factor Design Build is offering an integrated, end-to-end design, architecture and construction team for new construction and remodeling projects.

Fiester most recently was director of business development for Melton Construction in Boulder for eight years. LEED certified with extensive green building experience, he has managed residential and commercial projects for 14 years.

Simpson has worked with both national and regional homebuilders over the last 17 years, including 14 years with Richmond American Homes/MDC. He also headed Richmond’s National Customer Experience department and was director of construction.
