Factor Design Build Team Hits the Slopes to Celebrate Spring with Family and Food
What better way to welcome the changing seasons than to head to the mountains for some spring skiing and family fun? The team at Factor Design Build kicked off spring this April with a special trip to Arapahoe Basin in Keystone, Colorado, open to all Factor staff, their family members, and friends.
Our team gathered in the mountains, bringing all the best fixings for a classic spring barbecue. With cold drinks, tasty burgers and hot dogs fresh off the grill, tons of great snacks, and smiles all around, the Factor family spent a blue-sky Sunday tackling runs, eating, laughing, and enjoying time together. This ski party is a great example of how our team expresses Factor’s core values while we’re at work and play.
Factor Design Build champions six core values that we honor in our partnerships with clients, in our work as team members, and in our everyday lives. We believe it’s important to establish an atmosphere of fun, inviting our clients to join us in a collaborative experience that makes the design build process enjoyable. We also support communities, respect family ties and commitments, and celebrate positive work-life balance. Our team values integrity as essential, considerate behavior as key, and innovation as foundational to delivering exceptional ideas. We draw inspiration from all aspects of our lives and cheer on each other’s passions.
Our weekend mountain trip was a valuable opportunity for the Factor team to spend quality time together as colleagues and friends. We focused on our community, refueled our sources of inspiration and innovation, and had fun. We’re excited for all the great things this spring will bring and can’t wait to enjoy more team outings in the beautiful Colorado outdoors.
