Factor Feature: The Ultimate Boulder Backyard Makeover
Factor Design Build was recently featured in 5280, Denver’s Mile High Magazine. The backyard makeover helped to transform the house and the outdoor space into somewhere people would want to hang out.
“It created a nice, big space for the family and their guests to hang out in,” says Josh Fiester, Factor’s co-founder and CEO.
This project was a favorite for our team to work on because it helped a family transform existing spaces to better fit their changing lifestyle and bring them closer in the process.
Our Designer, Jenny, discusses what sets Factor apart by saying:

We used Factor to renovate a 1966 ranch-style house in Cherry Hills. Once we got to know the team and felt comfortable with the operation, what began as a kitchen remodel turned into a full-on 10-month renovation of the entire house. We absolutely saved time and money having the design group working out of the same office as the construction team. This allowed for a seamless and intuitive process that delivered for us on time and on budget.
