Biggest Home Transformations

We’ve seen some pretty drastic transformations in our history of remodeling homes, and always find it inspiring to see the way a space can entirely transform throughout our process! Among the many homes that have had breathtaking transformations, a few stand out. Jasmine Street was one of those projects that would be hard to recognize looking from start to finish. We are incredibly proud of the way we used the structure of the space to revitalize and refresh this full home remodel! Join us in a recap of this project’s remarkable transformation…

Jasmine Street

Jasmine St. started out as a cozy bungalow. While charming, it clearly needed a refresh. These Clients wanted to reinvent the space with spaciousness, fresher, lighter colors, and simpler, cleaner design elements. Factor redesigned the entire home, adding:

• a second floor for the primary suite
• an eye-catching class stairwell visible from the street
• a new garage to house the homeowner’s favorite cars

Living Room

We opened up this living room by removing an isolating wall and focusing on natural lighting and a lighter color scheme consistent with the rest of the design.

Home Office

We transformed this confined office space into an elegant, bright, mid-century modern workspace!

Entryway

The new entryway offered a striking and functional entrance that could serve as a mudroom and introductory taste of the overall new design.

Kitchen

We entirely remodeled the kitchen, reconfiguring and opening the space for greater functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Basement

We turned this basement into an awesome, bright entertainment area!

Primary Suite

We completely remodeled each bedroom space.
